Luminous Breathwork - limited access

Breath is medicine.

Breathing practices can change everything from your stress response, your biochemistry (e.g. adrenaline and cortisol levels!), the way areas of your brain are able to communicate effectively with each other...and the way you feel inside. Breathing practices have been used for thousands of years to cultivate deep levels of health in the body and to reach new states of consciousness.

The first section of Luminous Breathwork is completely free and includes an introduction to the Science of Breathwork + two of my favourite breathing practices for stress relief, inner balance and mental calm.
